Aeron International accepts returns within 14 days of the order being delivered
Customer must retain the original packaging the order was sent with including any hardware and accesories it might have been shipped with originally. For chairs, buyers will be provided with a shipping label to send the chair back and the cost is to be deducted of the final refund amount. For UK customers this cost is £35 and includes cost of courier collection. For UK customers the original delivery cost is included in the final refund amount. This does not apply for International customers. International customers also will not be refunded for any import duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
For returns to be accepted the product must be in unused condition with no damage or wear. Products that are not in this condition will incur deductions of the final refund amount in order to correct.
If buyers do not have the original packaging in order to send the item back, buyers will be responsible for bringing the product back and ensuring the product arrives to the seller undamaged. Arrangements can be made by Aeron International to bring the chair back if the buyer does not have the original packaging but this isnt always an available option depending on location and will incur a cost to be deducted off the refund amount.
Buyers of chairs will be given return instructions to instruct on how to repackage the chair the way it was sent in order to ensure safe delivery back to sender.
Refunds are to be issued back to the original payment method.
